What's included?

  • Transformation Roadmap: you and your coach will work together to break down your fitness goal into step-by-step targets.


  • 8 Sessions of Better Body Training Workouts: you will be guided to learn a variety of workouts that produce results. Such as, Core & Balance Training, Resistance Training, HIIT (MetaFit/ MetaPWR), Suspension Training (TRX), Freestyle (battling rope, kettlebell, sandbag, balls etc), Foam Rolling/ Stretching


  • Small Group Setting: you will be put in a training group of max. 5 people to ensure you get the 121 guidance needed.


  • Free Postural Assessment: you will go through a simple assessment to check your postural status to train safe and prevent injury.


  • Free Body Composition Analysis: you will find out your current body composition with an Initial Assessment to track your progress.


  • Free Diet Advices & Guidance: you will learn exactly “how much to eat and should eat” without gaining weight.

your investment

Your investment for the above is RM 330, with the option afterwards to continue on a month to month basis (no long-term contracts).
